Growth Camp 2020 goes digital!
9 start-ups, 5 fixed modules and 4 flex modules, that is the Growth Camp 2020, which is being held as an online programme due to the current situation around Covid-19.
The participating start-ups can expect a varied programme on topics such as “Strategy & Leadership”, “Impact & Purpose”, “Team & Organisation”, “Financing & Cooperation” and “Sales”. In addition, the start-ups are given a deeper insight through four flex modules, which can be attended according to their interests, and thus acquire valuable skills on their way as entrepreneurs.
The programme is geared to the needs of start-ups in the growth phase and supports young entrepreneurs with the help of selected experts. Participants benefit not only from a newly developed format, but also from the organisers’ network, joint expert sessions, peer-to-peer input and individual coaching.

The Growth Camp
The Growth Camp is aimed at start-ups in the growth phase with the goal of providing individual support by experts and mentors for the most promising teams in market expansion, production scaling and team development. The programme is aimed at the management team of start-ups with a starting market presence and initial sales as well as high growth potential.
In the ongoing cooperation with start-ups and in exchange with international programme providers and players from the ecosystem, it is evident that start-ups need support in specific business areas in the early growth phase. On the basis of these findings, the 3-month format was developed in cooperation between the Werkstätte Wattens, the Standortagentur Tirol and I.E.C.T. – Hermann Hauser.
During three months selected teams participate in the programme with joint expert sessions as well as peer-to-peer input by late-stage start-ups. In addition, each team receives individual coaching per module by the expert in the subject area. During the entire duration of the camp, each team will be accompanied by a selected mentor from the relevant industry.
